1.  Brass quintet gig.  It went well.  Amber came.  Yay!
2.  Lunch with Anika.  I'd canceled on her twice before, so it was nice to manage to squeeze it in.
3.  Meeting with the FGH boys.  We got a lot accomplished: planned rehearsal schedule, went over script changes, talked about PR, etc.
4.  Threw a couple of loads of laundry in.

The fire in the belly did not consume Carin overnight.

I think copious amounts of water and tea throughout the day quenched it, and turning in early (10:00... almost unheard of in Carin's world) contributed to an overall goodness of feeling.

I'm still a wee bit tired, but not nearly as much as I would have been had I crashed at the normal time.
